24 Feb "There will be Blood"

Today indeed is interesting, especially after hearing Nicole Elliot (if you know who she is) talking on national TV that Oil would reach 115, Gold above 1000, and a lot of other soft commodities (sugar, wheat, corn, etc). And more stunning, Euro would reach 1.65.

And a lot of other commentators (e.g. Rodriguez of Llyod TSB) making similar bullish comments.

On the other side, Marc Chandler of BBH talks about USD bottoming, first against GBP and CAD (interesting), then Euro. Earlier Steve Pearson of Bank of Scotland, talking of similar Dollar rebound.

I hope all analyst from all Financial Institutions would go to National TV and state their forecast next week. At least we have a count of the Orcales.

Blood is alread on the streets. Today Taiwan reported that some bakeries store owners committed suicide b'cos the cost of making bread has gone up tremendously, and income has stagnant.

The incumbent Taiwan government has made the choice of following the USD moves, to make its TWD cheaper and competitive. Hence Taiwan had a robust export (for its electronics exporters, who are powerful billionaires), but inflation soars. Hence the ordinary folks have to suffer.

Thailand had similar news, shop owners selling noodles also commited suicide.

For the greed of individuals bankers, powerful personnel, US has sustained a low interest rate environment and spinned off the subprime debacle. And to save the same people, FED has gone to cut interest rate and fueled the inflation. Now inflation is exported to every part of the world through cheap dollar.

Fund speculators have taken advantage of the environment, and fueled the commodities, oil rallies beyond fundamentals.

The same people capitalising on the Equities rally is now at works on the Commodities rally. They have taken the game to the public at large.

Ben is helpless against it, as there are Dark Forces at play, communion of being more powerful than the chairman of FED and the President.

These Dark Forces may be the immortals, extraterresterials, vampires, draculas among us.

It would take people of supernatural power, HEROS per se, to arrest such Dark Forces.
