What is 24 million to these tycoons. Probably a large part is their gains from the insider trading.
If commercial crime can be gotten away with fines, then does it make commercial crime less severe than other crimes ?
Such Hong Kong tycoons have deep pockets and far connections.
If insider Trading can get away with a fine, why are we so trading as if like the market is fair ? losing sleeps. It is not fair.

While everybody is watching the primaries. China submarines made a surprise surface near the American pacific fleet. The Americans were caught by surprise.
this has significant implications. In the event of the Taiwan Straits war, American fleet heading from Japan and Guam may be ambused by China submarines.
Soon we would be seeing tension mounting across the Taiwan straits, when the Taiwan Presidential election coming.
